This bundle contains multiple resources for teaching students about the skill of sequencing in reading comprehension. These activities were primarily created for students who will encounter reading passages with sequencing questions in a multiple-choice format. This resource is ideal for teachers who want to introduce students to possible question formats on standardized tests. Students love the activities while teachers love the convenience of these no-prep resources that can be used year after year!

Worksheet/ Timeline Craftivity Packet

• 3 worksheets
• Biography passages on Booker T. Washington, Sojourner Truth, and Jackie Robinson
• Students answer multiple-choice questions and assemble the timeline craftivity.
• You get to choose whether to use the printable version, the Easel version, or the Google Slides version.

Worksheet/Assessment Packet

• 4 worksheets
• 2 fiction passages & 2 nonfiction passages
• The multiple-choice questions that follow each passage focus on sequencing skills.
• Use one as an assessment, if you wish!

5 Partner Plays

• Focus on fluency while practicing the skill of sequencing story events.
• After reading each script, students are given a list of events. The number the events from 1-5 in the order that they happened.
• You get to choose whether to use the print version or the Google version.

• These plans outline how and when I use each of the included resources! You don't have to follow the lesson plan format I provide, of course, but it might be helpful in providing a bit of direction for you.
