Description

This pack includes 4 sentence frames for the grade 4 Common Core standards RL.2 Lesson /Theme, RL.3 Characters, RL.6 Point of view, and RL.9 Compare/Integrate. They are directly based on these challenging Common Core Literature standards for grade 4. Each frame requires text evidence as appropriate.

This product can be easily incorporated into your lessons. Using the frames will help students understand how each standard relates to the stories they are reading. Sentence frames are to be used as a scaffold, to support students as needed. Once they “get it,” by using the frames in context, and no longer need this support, then you can drop the use of the frames. Use them across your entire reading lesson, while introducing, developing, reviewing, or during small group and independent work. Project from your computer and write with your class, or print them out as needed.

Note: This product is also included in the Common Core Literature Sentence Frames Bundle.
