Description
Teach your students to love themselves! This simple but effective activity encourages students to find things about themselves that they love, and to look forward to goal setting. It's a great activity for Valentine's day, social and emotional learning, goal setting, or just as a fun self motivational task!
Students will get a brainstorming sheet to think of ideas to fill the following hearts:
- I can - students can think of skills they can do to be proud of
- I am - Positive adjectives to describe themselves
- I wish - Goal setting for the future. Make them as small or big as you like!
They can then fill these hearts, cut them out and make the beautiful display!
This can be used at any time of the year, and kids love looking at all the wonderful things their peers write about themselves.
Included in this resource is:
- A brainstorm page for students to think of ideas first
- Name Plate for students to write their names, with the statement "I love that" underneath. 3 different designs
