Week 6:
“It is the ability to resist failure or to use failure that often leads to greater success.” -J.K. Rowling
Discussion:
- What does “resisting failure” look like?
- What does the speaker mean by “use failure”?
- Describe something you aren’t good at…yet. Is this something you want to grow better in? How could you use failure in this area to grow and do better next time?
- Do you tend to avoid messing up (resist failure) or use failure (embrace it and learn from it)?
- How have you grown from failure in your own life academically, socially, relationally, or emotionally?
