What educators are saying

We used this as a part of our Lab Safety unit. It was a no prep tool I could use to expose them to warning labels and basic information that for many-they were really learning for the first time (it's their first year of Chemistry).
Everyone was engaged and loved this. I did not have them self grade but it was a great way for me to explain the expectations for my future classes when we do self grade. No prep at all except downloading it. GREAT!

*If you are just looking for Printable Hazard Signs (posters only), these are available by clicking the link.

This can be a GAME, QUIZ, WARM-UP, LAB SAFETY INTRO, or an ICEBREAKER (have students brainstorm with each other the meanings of the signs). Slides can even be printed off as POSTERS for the laboratory!

Included:
→20 Picture slides
→20 Answer slides

How it works
1. Students are shown pictures of 20 different hazard/safety signs. They write their guesses on their own sheets of paper.
2. Students are shown the same pictures a second time, but this time with the meanings of the signs and symbols written below.
3. Students can self-grade, partner-grade, or turn in for grading.

This would be appropriate for: Chemistry, Physics, Physical Science, Biology, Anatomy, or any other classroom that has safety signs and equipment.

Individual pictures can also be used as clip art, or to print off and use in your classroom as posters.

It would help me out a lot if you rate & review this free product!
