Rebecca Reinking (from Adventures in Speech Pathology) hope you really enjoyed our Instagram story educational week.

If you missed it, we discussed what to do if you are a teacher or speech language pathologist and you begin losing your voice. We discuss what to/not to drink, how to fit in vocal rest in a demanding day, how to warm up and how to navigate cold/flu medication if you need to take it.
