Sabotage Science-STEM activities with a twist #3: Simple Machines

Sabotage Science is a fun twist on STEM activities. We all love STEM activities, but I wanted to mix it up a bit. My students LOVED this! They loved it so much that the following year they asked their teacher to get it from me so they could do it again. I hope your students enjoy it as much as mine.
Each of my Sabotage Science products contain 3 STEM projects. Each project is considered a "round of play" in a STEM construction/competition. Teams learn to budget by bidding on fun sabotages to use against other teams. It takes STEM projects to a much higher level of thinking.
This file contains 35 pages of detailed instructions, suggested materials list, and presentation to display on a whiteboard to use throughout the competition. This particular product contains STEM activities for SIMPLE MACHINES. Students will construct a crane, water wheel, and catapult. These activities meet Engineering & Characteristics of Science Standards.
