Description

STEM Creating a Food Truck/ Food Cart Business is a fun STEM activity that connects to many important economics concepts. Students will be introduced to entrepreneurship as they work with teams to create a food cart or food truck business. Students will name their cart, develop advertisements, and complete a business plan. Then design and create a model food cart/truck.
