Looking for an EASY way to keep track of the service minutes you provide under an IEP? Try this handy google docs spreadsheet, complete with formulas to tally the total number of minutes you have provided and account for sessions in which the student was absent or did not attend.
It's even COLOR CODED! Each cell in the "totals" row turns green when you meet the student's monthly minutes ;) This allows you to quickly glance at which students you need to hold make-up sessions with.
Purchase the instructions for this how to get and use the template for this spreadsheet. The form has step-by-step directions on how to set it up for your caseload. I am also available for tech support with it! If you need help setting it up, simply message me through my facebook page below.
GMAIL or a GOOGLE-based account is required.
