What educators are saying

This is a great infographic to learn about the achievements of ancient Rome. My students were engaged. Some of the vocabulary was a little advanced for my 6th grade so we discussed together. Thank you!

Description

The ancient Romans borrowed a great deal from their neighbors and from those they conquered, but one of the things they were best at was improving upon that technology and making it even better. Occasionally, they would develop useful knowledge of their own design and push the boundaries of what was thought possible for the time. In this new infographic, we take a look at a few of the engineering achievements the Romans took to maximum levels for their day.

Focuses on the aqueduct, roads, concrete, the arch and dome and military hardware. This infographic can be used as a visual within a classroom, can be used within Schoology as reference material for questions, or can be used to bolster student knowledge on the ancient Romans.
