Description

SIX weeks of bell work here!

Students will use the table to answer questions. There are seven weeks of bell work. Each day has four opportunities for students to practice reading a table and activley learning how to ready a work schedule.

What I Love about these

  • Each day of the week is color coded for easy reference
  • Lots of writing space for students with large print
  • Can easily be paired with my other bell works (Calculating Gross Pay, Calculating Deductions, Reading a Pay Stub, and Reading a Work Schedule). I rotate every two weeks to allow for variation and to measure mastery.
  • Great activity for the Employment portion of section 5 on the IEP
  • Types of questions asked

- Who works on Friday?

- What hours is the business open?

- How many days does "employee" work?

- How many days does "employee" have off?

- Which two employees work on Tuesday?

- If "Employee" wanted to take Friday off, who could "employee" ask to work

for them?

- How long is each shift?

- Which employee works full time?

Please let me know if you have any ideas or if there is something more you'd like to see
