Description
Looking for a digital way to check-in with your students' independent reading daily? I've created a Google Form that does just that! Simply post the link to the survey in your learning management system of choice and quickly get data in the form of a spreadsheet about the following items:
-student choice book title
-current page number
-whether they plan on abandoning, have finished, still reading, or yet to begin the book they are reading
-whether or not they are looking for a book recommendation
-if they would like a reading conference
This Google Form is completely editable by you as soon as you add it to your drive. You can add, edit, or remove questions as you and your students see fit! Students complete their Reading Status as soon as they enter the classroom. It's a quick way to get a check on all of your students!
I've also included a printable version of this product just in case you have a student forget their device or may experience any other tech issues!
