- Light Roast: lower level with wider line-spacing, commonly appropriate for grades 1-2
- Medium Roast: middle level with medium line-spacing, commonly appropriate for grades 2-4
- Dark Roast: higher level with smaller line-spacing, commonly appropriate for grades 4-6
