Reading Attitude Survey

Looking for an informal reading inventory to gauge a student's reading attitude? This reading inventory assesses how an adolescent student feels about reading.

A student responds to 18 questions on a scale from 1 to 6, with 6 being the most positive. There are 4 categories on the assessment: recreational reading in print, recreational reading in digital form, academic reading in print, and academic reading in digital form. A score is produced for each category so the teacher can compare the scores to make judgments.
