Reading Analysis Cheat Sheet; Reading Goals

I created this Reading Analysis document to help my coworkers analyze the reading skills of our clients. This was made from a Speech Language Pathologist's perspective and I made it to work alongside the Gray Oral Reading Test (GORT), however, it can be used without the GORT to analyze specific errors a child is displaying when reading. This document breaks down and explains the specific reading errors that can be displayed in the areas of accuracy, fluency, and comprehension. The last several pages include a variety of goals for the different errors to get you started on addressing reading skills.
