ROBOTICS CONTEST: FOR GRADES 8-12, MG, GIFTED & TALENTED

For: Science teachers, engineering teachers, robotic club mentors, science fair coordinators:

Principals and CAOs:

Students are given instructions to design a robot that would help re-route harmful asteroids that might otherwise impact the Earth. The contest can be voluntary or used in lieu of an assessment! There is a rubric for 2 judges to score the essay and design. A certificate is also attached for participation. Students can use the internet for background knowledge. In the event of a tied score, perhaps two prizes can be given? Thanks ever so much for visiting!
