Where do I begin...I honestly cannot say enough about how much Mrs. Foxwell has impacted both my daughters’ education.  My one daughter is now a junior at Wilmington Charter and always says how much Mrs. Foxwell prepared her for High School.   Not only did she teach her about safe technology, but she also prepared her for real life situations.
