R.A.F.T. is a great creative writing activity that gives students practice adapting their writing to fit different tasks and purposes!
Students must focus their writing on a certain Role, Audience, Format, and Topic. The included lists work great in an idea folder, so students can self-select an option from each category. They can also be cut apart so students can draw at random!
