Description
A cleaner, more organized way to track Words Their Way QSI results over time. Have students write on this sheet, then you check boxes to designate the level and time of the QSI.
Each sheet has a space for the student's name, class, and the date. There is a section at the top to check the level of the QSI (Primary, Elementary, Intermediate, Upper Level) and when it is given (beginning of year, middle of year, end of year, or other).
One version has 25 spaces (for primary-Intermediate) and one version has 40 spaces (for the upper level). You will get both versions in the same Word Document, just print the one you need and you're ready to go.
This will be MUCH cleaner, easier to compare, and better to use at parent conferences than binder paper.
