QR Critters BUNDLE {Thanksgiving}

This math activity is the perfect way to engage students, get them moving, and practice adding and subtracting 2, 3, and 4-digit numbers, and multiplying single digits and multiples of ten. A fun QR Code twist makes this even more popular :)

**This is a discounted bundled set that includes:

** Addition 2 & 3-digit numbers

** Addition 3 & 4-digit numbers

** Subtraction 2 & 3-digit numbers

** Multiplication of single digit & multiples of ten

Each QR Critters packet includes 24 cards, 6 QR Code cards, 2 student work pages and a corresponding answer key.

Each card features a unique monster, number, and an addition, subtraction, or multiplication problem written either "stacked" or horizontally.

Set these cards up around the class for an all-class scavenger hunt or use them in centers as flash cards. Students will find the matching monster and number on their work page, copy down the addition problem, and solve.

Their last assignment is to add up all of the 2, 3, or 4-digit numbers in the row to find the final sum. This practices adding 4 addends as well! Students can check their work for this by scanning the QR Code card. This will send them to a text link that will show the problem and answer {ex: 67+99+61+97=324}. This way, they can check each problem in the row as well as the larger addition problem.

- CCSS.Math.Content.2.NBT.B.5 Fluently add and subtract within 100 using strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction.

- CCSS.Math.Content.2.NBT.B.6 Add up to four two-digit numbers using strategies based on place value and properties of operations.

- CCSS.Math.Content.3.NBT.A.2 Fluently add and subtract within 1000 using strategies and algorithms based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction.

- CCSS.Math.Content.4.NBT.B.4 Fluently add and subtract multi-digit whole numbers using the standard algorithm.

- CCSS.Math.Content.3.NBT.A.3

Multiply one-digit whole numbers by multiples of 10 in the range 10-90 (e.g., 9 × 80, 5 × 60) using strategies based on place value and properties of operations.
