A fun, engaging new way of assessing information, a One Pager is an opportunity for students to show evidence of their understanding of content area information. Using words, pictures, doodles, drawings and symbols, students collaboratively evaluate and synthesize information to determine what the ‘big ideas’ of a topic are. The goal is to make the main points of a unit come alive for the students! This activity can be done individually or in groups. It can be used as a formative or summative assessment tool.
