Professional Evaluation and Evidence Binder for Elementary Media Specialists
This packet contains 4 different binder covers and spines, dividers, sample evidence/artifact ideas, a “Proficient vs. “Distinguished” comparison chart and a PowerPoint version (which is editable) of the evidence/artifact logs, so that you can add your own text. I have also included a version with no clipart as well! Please note that I cannot include an editable version of the entire packet due to clip art terms of use.

My state requires a Domain 5 “Student Growth” goal, so I included a divider for it. I don’t have a sample for a Domain 5 goal yet, but I may include one at a later time.
The sample evidence/artifacts are just IDEAS. I couldn’t find a lot out there to support the library media specialist rubric in terms of sample evidence so I started to create lists to help me. You may think of some other good ones to include!
