Presidents' Day Hat Craft Activity: Abraham Lincoln & George Washington Pack

As you study US Symbols throughout your exploration of America, and Presidents’ Day, craft Abe and George hats during morning work, center time, or a whole-group lesson on following directions. Practice fine motor and visual-spatial skills as you celebrate Washington and Lincoln!

Instructions and Contents:

Page 1: Lincoln hat

Page 2: beard

Page 3: Washington hat

Page 4: star (6)

Cut long strips for students to attach the hats. Wrap the strips around students' heads and staple. For Lincoln's hat, have students attach hats to the very tips of the beards. Then attach hats to a long strips.
