Students will create a want ad for the President of the United States that could be placed in a newspaper, magazine, or website. They will explore Article II of the United States Constitution to discover the minimal qualifications for President and the scope of the President’s duties as defined by this founding document. The students will also discuss the other qualifications and characteristics of leadership that they want to see in the President of the United States. The discussion and visual presentation provide the students with the knowledge they need as they become voting citizens.
