Preschool Music Curriculum

This Preschool and Kindergarten Music Bundle contains everything you need for engaging your early childhood students in musical ways! You’ll get everything you need to teach PreK and/or Kindergarten Music lesson plans in one purchase, plus all the fun 'stuff' - a total of 22 products in one bundle! If needed, Kindergarten lesson plans are adaptable to use in First Grade music classes depending on skills that need to be practiced.

Inside you’ll find a full school year's worth of music lesson plans that are carefully sequenced and a great supplement for those following Conversational Solfege by John Feierabend, Orff-Schulwerk, Kodaly, Gameplan, and Music Play methodologies. The lessons are able to engage any ages up to First Grade, however, they fit perfectly in Preschool and Kindergarten music classes.

Lessons plans are written in an easy-to-follow layout. Each one contains a materials list and an objectives list so you’ll know exactly what you need for each lesson. The lessons also include extensions for gifted learners, higher education or advanced classes. These music lesson plans serve as a solid foundation for first year music teachers, or for established teachers looking for sequencing, or any teacher looking for classroom management techniques, quality songs, games, and activities to use in their music classroom.

Music lessons are written for classes who participate in one 45 minute class per week. I see my classes once per week for a 45 minutes class. This bundle will take you from September through June if your classes meet once per week. When I teach my youngest preschoolers I intersperse the music activities throughout our morning instead of in one 45-minute block.
