Potato Olympics | Potato Commonwealth Games

Welcome to the Potato Olympics & Potato Commonwealth Games!

This year, my students competed in the Potato Olympics at school! I created this booklet with a range of literacy and numeracy activities (including recount and descriptive writing pages) - 13 pages total.

American & Australian spelling included

We began the day with an opening ceremony, discussed the Olympics and watched a video of the Olympic flame being lit. Then did a little potato parade.

We used the rest of the day to complete the activities, you can pick and choose which activities you would like, and I recommend printing the booklets double sided :)

We concluded the day with a closing ceremony and watched some old Olympic highlights which was really exciting!
