Post It Plans (Edit Enabled)

This is an edit enabled version of my Post It Plans. Simply add your weekly objectives, schedule, accommodations, etc., and print copies for each day. Then you can use 3x3 inch sticky notes for daily subject plans. If you need to move plans around, just move the sticky notes! There are two versions included in file. I teach Elementary education, so I use each box as a subject area; one of my friends teaches middle school and uses the boxes for class periods to note what she accomplished with each class.
