Poetic Devices- Interactive Notebook

These note pages are perfect for any interactive notebook. They cover the definition of different poetic devices. Each definition has an example of the poetic device in use. There are two different versions. One with information missing so students have to fill in the blanks and follow a long with the lecture and a completely filled in version. These note pages are black and white and can be printed on colored pages or teachers can require students to color them for their interactive notebooks. In my classroom I have students color all the figurative language examples one color and the other poetic devices another.
