Many people dream of opening and running their own business. Running a business brings with it many questions. Things like purchasing items for your business to hiring employees to run the business must be taken into account.
The activities included in this product will take each student through the strategies and mathematical needs to make them a successful business owner. Calculating your monthly rental space cost, pricing your products, deciding how much to charge to make a profit, payroll for employees, making change at the register, and balancing the register are the concepts to be discussed. Basic mathematical skills will be necessary too complete many of the activities.
