Description

Use these great place value charts to help your students truly understand the place and value of numbers!

They can use these place value charts to...
-Break apart numbers into their values
-Help write numbers in expanded form
-Given manipulatives, students put how many they have of each in the appropriate columns to determine the number.
-Practice regrouping various place values before learning subtraction with borrowing or addition with carrying.

There is also a place value chart for decimals.
They learn how decimal place values are PART of a whole using this strategy. You can give them various decimals that they need to represent using place value blocks or vice versa.

So many more options!
