What educators are saying

We enjoyed using the the "Pink Shirt Day Pledge" Poem! This resourcd promotes the important message of anti-bullying but also allows for creative customisation. A valuable addition to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Description

This 17 line rhyming poem is all about Pink Shirt Day (Anti-Bullying Day), the message behind it, and what actions we can all do to make our school a better place. The poem is sweet, simple, and something that can be used for years to come. This poem would be great to read aloud to your class to help explain what Anti-Bullying Day is, as well as how we can be kinder to others. This is also a great resource for a Pink Shirt Day Assembly. I plan to have my students present the poem, with each of them reading aloud one line of the poem, and then having all of them read the last line aloud as a group.
