Parent Communication Log - one page per student

This Parent Communication Log does all the thinking for you! After contacting a parent, put the child's name on the top of the form and fill in some notes about the conversation. If you have to contact the parent again, all your past communications are all in one place! I use this in my classroom and it makes my life much easier.
