These 25 Station cards are perfect for PE teachers, classroom teachers, small group instruction and youth group leaders. A perfect activity to cover the necessary components of physical fitness.These action cards are developed to be easy to use and immediately engage students in simple core fitness, cardio and flexibility tasks. Each card has a picture to help your emerging readers comprehend the task to complete.
These stations require no additional equipment and minimal space. These are great for high intensity warm ups or short stations. If you prefer a whole group warm up you can show these as a visual on your projector for the entire group to complete the task at the same time. I also use these task cards as part of my e learning (snow day) plan for students to complete at home.
The station task cards are in color but print beautifully in black and white as well. I recommend that you print on card stock, laminate and then you will have a resource you can implement for many lessons.
