I have many outreach kits for sale.

A large water rangers resource kit with all the fixings for over 150 students. To find out the health of your nearest waterway. 500.00 regularly 750.00 which has not been used at all. You can check oxygen, toxitity, stream flow measurements, sediment, ph balance, conductivity, salinity,and temperature. Enough for 5 classes of 30 plus students.

Citizen Science Techniques in a Migratory Bird Study (K-6): Students will become Citizen Scientists, learning skills that scientists and biologists use to help migratory birds. Students will gain observational skills, explore basic bird biology and ecology, and learn about the great migration phenomenon. Play a game and learn about feathers.

A bird resource kit that comes with a bird voice recorder and caller, with mask templates, with bird identification pamphlets for 25 students, comes with bird beak and claw identification, a migration game too, includes cards. I have about 8 bird books for students to share, with survey sheets with bird silowettes. I have 1 large bird identification book that includes all the birds. Feather identification and worksheets and a feeding game with utensils. Tracking a bird and banding unit includes banding tape, templates to make a bird tracking device, coordinates for tracking E-7. Bird bands and certificates for students after they all become banded. Feathers, bird track replicas. Games, cards, worksheets. 10 books of North America birds. Bird surveys for students. A bird banding lesson and migration unit. A migration game and puzzle piece with songs to sing to put together the puzzles by sounds. Bird identification pamphlets and books for students. Other cards included are what type of feet does your bird have. Matching up beaks to food worksheets. Hand made beaks and feet. A species at risk kit that includes a game, and a voice recorder and caller, frog to egg slides, and identification, with native and invasive species id too, with survey sheets to fill out in field. This kit includes species at risk as well as invasive species. Amphhibian surveys for students and a game of invasive verses native species. All identification of skinks to salamanders and frogs are discussed. Egg to frog slides. Exploring Local Species at Risk (K-6): In this Citizen Science program, students will be observing species to collect data, which will help scientists and biologists in the protection and management of species at risk in our area. Students will learn basic biology and ecology of some local species at risk, and how to spot differences between similar native and invasive species. Actions that can be taken to protect these species at risk will also be discussed. Explore a geo catching game by using clue pictures and putting them out near an area where they will find the real answers by looking in nature to find it. ie; egg spawn, species at risk, or invasive species tracks or seeds. Neighbourhood Tree identification looking at different parts of a tree, students will start to ID trees in their neighbourhood. Students will also learn about seed dispersal, how animals are dependent on trees, as well as traditional uses of certain trees by Indigenous peoples, and names of some trees and shrubs in the Ktunaxa language. Lots of games too. Use two tree identification wheels to identify a tree. Learn about the ages of a tree. Make ink, or insect repellent. Make a weather meter. Learn about the uses of each tree. Make maple syrup.

I also have a tree identification game that includes real specimens of seeds and leaves to play many games with about 12 games and I also have conifer and deciduous tree keys for over 30 students and 15 books of Canadian trees. All kits come with dry erase worksheets and pens for students to complete. 25 books, pamphlets, worksheets, game clue cards, 30 tree wheels coloured. I have collected over 200 tree/seed specimens for all the games. I have containers and glyceryn to collect samples. Rules for the games to play. 650.00. For species at risk kit you can make a hibernation den while out in the field. I have a frog that speaks and identifications of egg species present. Some aquatic nets and 30 hand lenses. Worksheets and lily pads for a game. I have fake frogs/toads eggs for clues for a game. 400.00
