Description

Learn more about how moon phases work with this orbit activity. Create a model to demonstrate how the moon orbits Earth and where it’s located for each moon phase.

-----------------------------------------------------

These kits were designed to bring more students hands-on STEM experiences and opportunities to explore further at home.

Many families ask for ideas for activities, but are faced with obstacles like: limited or not the correct supplies, what activity to even start with, making deeper educational connections, and resources to learn more.

STEM Snack Pack activities, like this one, was the solution to the problem.

-----------------------------------------------------

When implementing these STEM Snack Packs at my school, we charged $5 a month for anyone who was interested in the kit. The cost covered all of the supplies (along with the fancy box) for 4 themed activities.

If you wanted this to be a fundraiser, consider charging more money and part of the proceeds could come back to the school.
