Description

Google Doc Assessment: easily assign a copy to each student in Google Classroom.

"Oranges" is the perfect narrative poem for test prep. The surface level story is straightforward and easy to follow while the sub-text includes incredible imagery and symbolism! The quiz itself includes seven multiple choice, two short answer and one open ended question.

Many of the questions came straight from the Keystone Assessment Anchors guidelines. That being said, this is still the perfect resource for STAAR test prep or whatever standardized testing your region uses.

Implement as a stand alone assignment, a culminating assessment or a paired assignment to encourage conversation.
