Description

These Oral Reading Fluency Rubrics are designed to give you a score to represent the whole picture of a student's fluency. Scores include ratings for prosody, automaticity, and accuracy, rather than just one portion of the three. Use these rubrics with your existing cold reads to give a more accurate picture of how fluent students truly are. These rubrics can be used to give students an assessment score to reflect their reading fluency- especially if that is required by your district.

There are oral reading fluency rubrics included for Grades 2-6 during diagnostic assessment windows: beginning, middle, and end of the year. These rubrics are created with standardized expectations for prosody, accuracy, and automaticity. References are included in the product file.
