Description

25 no-prep October writing prompts. Included are printable writing prompts, PowerPoint prompts to display in the classroom, plus no-prep Google Slides prompts for students to type directly into the slide. Each printable worksheet includes a student writing checklist and a space for students to write their response and draw a picture.

Themes covered are Halloween and fall. Writing genres covered include narrative story, explanation, opinion, poetry and instructions. These writing prompts can be used for independent work, homework, centers and early finishers. CCSS aligned for 2nd Grade.

US and UK spelling options included.
