OTES (Ohio's Teacher Evaluation System) Organizational Editable Planning Binder

There are now TWO binder organization styles to choose from in this one pack! The first way is organized by the teacher standards 1-7 on which the teachers are evaluated.

The second option now includes organizational planning sheets that are organized in the order of the sections of the Teacher Performance Evaluation Rubric! You can choose which organizational option works best for you. BOTH options are editable for you to add your own text.

Lastly, there are now guiding questions to guide your thinking as you begin to fill your binder with evidence as well as lists of sample artifacts for you to add.

If you're a teacher in Ohio, chances are that your school district has started or will start very soon using the OTES (Ohio's Teacher Evaluation System).

These Organizational Planning Sheets for your OTES evidence collection binder will help to guide your thinking as to what the evidence looks like for each of the 7 standards of the Evaluation Rubric. The file is a PowerPoint, so you can add your own text boxes to type in and list your evidence and artifacts.

Each standard has a cover sheet which includes descriptors from the evaluation rubric of what that standard looks like and includes as well as an evidence collection page for each standard for you to record your evidence.

There are 5 different colors of cover sheets to choose from, a black and white, ink-friendly version, too, and a binder spine label in each color.
