The Snacking Smart lesson plan helps teens learn the importance of choosing healthy snacks and how eating junk food can affect their health, their growth, and their ability to think clearly. Healthy snack options are given, as well as what to eat if a teen is out at a fast food restaurant. 3 activities are included in the lesson, as well as assessment and answer key.
