Description
This one page document (PDF) is a worksheet that can be used to help teach and explore the use and importance of nutritional labels on food products.
Directions:
Have your students to pick a food item that they like or that you all have discussed as a class. After they decide, have them to either draw the item or find a picture and glue it in the product section of the worksheet.
Next, the students should find this product in real life and study its nutrition information and fill in the blanks of their nutrition label thats on the worksheet.
Lastly, the students must answer three questions about what they have learned.
