Numbers: Addition & Subtraction. CSI Math. Teachers Pet Bug! Grade 1-2.

This fun activity will have your students love practicing their addition and subtraction in a CSI math bug themed activity. In this activity the classroom has been taken over by bugs, so the exterminator has been called, but there is a problem - the teacher has a pet bug which they want saved! Students need to solve a series of clues to figure out which bug is the teachers pet, and save it from getting squished!

The Activities Are listed below.

Clue 1: Two digit plus two digit addition

Clue 2: Two digit subtraction

Clue 3: Addition word problems.

Clue 4: Odds and evens, and simple addition.

Clue 5: Hidden Message. Mix of addition and subtraction.
