Heritage Day
Celebrated the third Monday in February, Nova Scotia Heritage Day is a reminder of our past and an opportunity to honour the remarkable people, places and events that have contributed to this province’s heritage. The 2020 Heritage Day honours the community of Africville. The community of Africville was an African Nova Scotian community located on the shores of the Bedford Basin.
