Description

This is a wonderful tool to show students their gains in reading as you progress monitor them using DIBELS Next or any other fluency assessments. This graph is to be used during the 3rd and 4th nine weeks, as the goals are aligned with the benchmark goals for DIBELS Next. There is nine weeks worth of graphing space if you progress monitor your students every other week. The first column allows the students to graph how many Correct Letter Sounds they read in 1 minute. The second column has them graph how many Whole Words they read in 1 minute. This is VERY EASY to use for the students as the numbers are in each box and they don't have to line it up to numbers going up the side of the graph! Underneath each column their is a space for you to record the date. My principal loved them and the kids get excited every time I get their folder out to check their vitals in reading. I share these with parents throughout the year & the best part about it is that it is done by the student for the student to "see" their gains! This is a Word document, so you can change this to meet your needs.
