Description

This is a collaborative art/social studies lesson for a small class (or group/individual). It teaches about the Nisga'a celebration of Hobiyee (new year/spring). There are 15 parts of the story (including the title page). Each student gets a piece of the story that they will use as inspiration for their art. When all the art is completed then it can be displayed in order. Please read the instructions for further details. You will need to prep by cutting each part of the story. I am using it for grade 6/7 but I think it can be used for any grade level with minor adaptations.
