Night at the Museum

This project has been a huge hit every time I’ve done it, and each time a new school year starts, kids ask if they get to do this project. This is a project where kids can research a famous person, and get to become that person. We make a huge production of it, and have parents come out to see the students. Students research a person, write a speech as if they are that person, and dress in costume. I then pick the best from each class, and I have them present again in front of a green screen, where a place them in the correct historical setting using pictures.
