Description

Using technology students will research a National Park they have never visited and create a day to day itinerary through Google Maps and Google Slides. Assignments are suggested to go through Google Classroom; however, that is not required. This unit takes you through about 20-25 days worth of lessons and a suggested timeline for students to work on their project. Discussion questions are aligned with Depth and Complexity icons and content along with critical thinking lessons. Additional lessons are described with usable worksheets and step by step instructions for teachers and students. A teacher example is also included of a final project.
