Nando's Takeaway- School closure- Exploring Missing Dan Nolan by Mark Wheeller

This project allows students to approach all the sections of Missing Dan Nolan in a variety of creative and academic ways. The different tasks range from collages, director proposals, 8 mark answers and essay writing. There is a PowerPoint with over 100 slides and a word document hand out included in this task.

The students choose a task like the way they would choose a meal at Nando's. They get to choose the Nando's 'heat' (difficulty) of the task meaning the work is self-differentiated.

The project has a helpful section at the end of the PowerPoint with key information for teaching the theory of the play including: social/historical context, genre, style and the play's themes.
