Description

Are you looking for engaging ways for your students to practice their names? These editable name writing practice activities will help your students learn to recognize and write their names! From the first day of school, your students can be using these name practice pages to learn how to write their names. Type your students’ names on one page and they will auto-fill on every activity page!

The pack includes:

Editable First Day of School Name Crowns – these adorable name hats will be a crowd-pleaser on the first day of school! Students color their crown and then wear it throughout the day – helping you to remember all of their names and thrilling their parents at the end of the day!

Editable Play Dough Name Pages – these mats will help students strengthen their fine motor muscles while they work on learning their names!

Editable Name Practice Pages - This page gives students lots of practice tracing and writing their names in 3 different ways! You can use this as morning work, a center activity or in your small groups! It’s also great for 1-1 intervention with a student who is having difficulty with letter recognition!

Editable Cut and Paste Name Practice Pages - Students will color their name with crayons or markers, use a cotton swab to paint the dots on each letter of their name. cut out and paste the letters of their name in order. Perfect for a center activity!

Editable Dry Erase Name Practice Pages - Paper saver! These name practice pages print 2 student’s names to a sheet! Students can practice correct letter formation by starting at the dot and following the arrows. Students can use these sheets repeatedly if you laminate them or use them with sheet protectors.

Editable Self-Portrait Pages - These self-portrait pages are a fun way to see the growth your students make throughout the year! You can change the dates on these to use at any point during the school year. I like to do monthly self-portraits and have students bring home a booklet of all their self-portraits at the end of the year. Parents love to see how their student’s writing and drawing skills changed from month to month!
