What educators are saying

I have my students use this to track their MAP NWEA data. They keep it in their data notebooks and it's great for them to visualize their progress.
I love this resource and how it is easy to use. Students are able to see progress and where they need to be by the end of 4th grade.

Description

This product is a printable resource to be used with the NWEA MAP assessment. It can be used for individual student data folders, parent conferences, classroom record keeping, etc. This document has the Fourth grade math, reading, language usage, general science, and concept science RIT norm scores for the year already listed for you as well as charted on the graph. This "Version" has an ADDED SPRING Third Grade RIT norm score category! All you or the student has to do is write their score in the blank box and color in the graph accordingly!! This is an easy and quick way to show parents where their child is academically compared to the grade level norm. It is also very helpful in working with students to create personal goals for themselves. My students LOVE when they can show me that they met their goal!
